Terms of Service

In effect from August 29, 2026. An agreement between you and CHANGE_ME Private Limited.

Using Prachar means agreeing to these. They are written to be understood rather than to be impressive.

1. What Prachar does

Prachar helps a business plan, make and schedule social media content, and see what happened to it. What it can actually do depends on which platforms you have connected and what those platforms permit.

We tell you plainly what is not available. Where Prachar cannot do something — publish to a platform it has no connection to, read figures nobody reports — it says so rather than showing you an empty chart and letting you assume the worst.

2. Your account

• You must be 18 or older and able to enter a contract
• Give us accurate details, and keep your email address current — it is how you get back in if you forget your password
• Your password is yours to protect. Anything done with your account is treated as done by you
• Tell us promptly if you think somebody else has your account
• Everyone you invite to a workspace gets the same access you have. There are no restricted roles, so invite only people you trust with everything

3. Your content stays yours

You keep ownership of everything you put into Prachar: your words, your pictures, your catalog, your business details. You give us permission to store and process it only so far as running the service requires — showing it back to you, and sending it where you told us to send it.

We do not use your content to train models. We do not use it to advertise. If you leave, it goes with you.

4. What you must not do

• Publish anything unlawful, or that you have no right to publish
• Impersonate somebody else, or a business you do not represent
• Use Prachar to send unsolicited bulk messages
• Break the rules of the platforms you connect — those rules still apply, and breaking them can lose you the account, not just this one
• Try to reach another customer's workspace, or interfere with the service

5. Connected accounts

When you connect Instagram, Facebook or any other platform, you are giving Prachar permission to act as you within the limits of what you approved. You can withdraw that at any time from Settings, and also from the platform's own settings.

The platforms are not ours and their rules are not ours. They change limits, refuse posts and suspend accounts for their own reasons. When that happens we tell you what the platform told us. We cannot overrule it.

6. Generated pictures

Where Prachar makes a picture for you, you are responsible for what you publish. Check it before it goes out. Pictures produced while no generator is connected are watermarked samples and cannot be published — the app refuses.

7. Availability

We work to keep Prachar running but do not promise it will never be unavailable. We may change or withdraw features. If we remove something you rely on, we will tell you before it happens.

Scheduled posts depend on things outside our control — the platform being up, your connection still being valid, your account being in good standing. We show you what happened to every post, including when it did not go out and why.

8. Payment

Where a paid plan applies, the price and what it includes are shown before you buy. Charges are in Indian Rupees. If we change a price we will tell you before your next renewal, and you may cancel rather than accept it.

9. Ending it

You can close your account at any time; see Delete my data.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks section 4, or where we are legally required to. Except where the law prevents it, we will tell you why and give you a chance to get your content out first.

10. Liability

Prachar is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for lost profit, or for anything a connected platform does or fails to do.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death, personal injury or fraud.

Where we are liable, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

11. Changes to these terms

If we change something material we will email you at least 14 days before it takes effect. Continuing to use Prachar afterwards means accepting the change. If you do not accept it, close your account and we will refund any unused paid period.

12. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at CHANGE_ME have jurisdiction.
